Technical Management as a Service
Not every SME needs a permanent CTO or technical director. We take on the technical role when it is needed, from important technical decisions to product development, production and investments.
Why it is not simple
Technical decisions do not wait for a full-time hire.
In a small or medium manufacturer, the owner or general manager often carries the technical decisions alone: which machine to buy, which supplier to trust, how to answer a demanding customer's audit, whether a new product is ready. A permanent technical director is a large cost for work that comes in waves.
What we offer is what efce's founder needed as a CEO for eighteen years: a senior engineer who looks at the whole problem, says plainly what is worth doing, and stays until it works.
